Automated Messages? I guess?

So, we all get prerecorded messages from various companies wanting money. (If I get one more phone call from 'Rachel at Card Holder Services,' I might smack a bitch).

Lately, though, I've been getting a (relatively) large number of calls... asking if I'm discriminated against because I have diabetes.

So, um. Do people get discriminated against due to diabetes? Because honestly, that sounds more like a South Park episode than anything else.
